  • Once an order is placed, we will confirm via email or WhatsApp (if provided).

  • For custom pieces, partial or full advance payment may be required.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via secure methods offered on the website or discussed during order confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

  • Shipping time may vary depending on location and product type.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Workshops & Tutorials

  • Workshop registrations are confirmed after full payment.

  • Fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted to future dates in case of genuine emergencies (subject to availability).

  • All workshop content, materials, and videos are for personal learning only and must not be shared or resold.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artworks, videos, and content shared by UniqArts are protected by copyright.

  • Do not replicate, resell, or claim our work as your own without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or our products.
